I want to be a Cat

Saige: Mommy, you know that day where we get to dress up and go to the neighbors houses for candy?
Me: Yes...Halloween...What about it?
Saige: Well, last year I was a ghost and I think I really scared people, so this year I want to be a cat. A cute cat that doesn't scare people
Me: OK...
Saige: Can I draw the whiskers on?
Me: Sure

So, I am not even sure if there WILL be a Halloween here this year. I would imagine some of the ex-pat community does something...I better start searching so I can have a happy, non-scary kitty cat.
