Glowing Missiles

We have made Thursday nights (which is our 'Friday') treat night. Tonight we decided to walk to Cinnabon for a treat, and there was a playground there that the girls played on since it wasn't TOO hot tonight. I was sitting there and saw a glow stick on the ground. A few minutes later, we saw one hit the playground. We looked up in time to see another one being dropped from the 18th floor. Robb yelled at them and they (assuming 'they' are young kids bored out of their minds) quickly popped their heads in and shut the window. While they may have thought it was random fun, that could have hurt somebody REALLY badly. The lady that was there with her little boy told Robb better to just walk away than confront anybody (he was ready to head up there and knock on the door), because if it was a Kuwaiti family, it would be to no avail...

I am hoping it was young kids having fun and not somebody actually trying to hurt us.
The girls were happy to have 'flashlights' to walk home with. :)
